Global Tech Management Digest follows the ethical guidelines and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
We are committed to maintaining high standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical publishing. Authors, editors, and other stakeholders are expected to follow ethical conduct in line with COPE principles.

Ø  Disclosing conflicts of interest
Ø  Making fair and unbiased editorial decisions
Ø  Maintaining confidentiality of submitted manuscripts
Ø  Promptly correcting or retracting published content when necessary 
Ethical concerns or misconduct allegations will be addressed following COPE guidelines.


2. Publication Quality Policy
The journal ensures high standards and relevance in all published content. 
The journal:
Ø  Follows clear and transparent editorial policies
Ø  Publishes high-quality, original, and industry-relevant content
Ø  Maintains a consistent publication schedule
Ø  Continuously improves editorial and publishing practices 


3. Plagiarism Screening Policy
All submissions are screened using reliable plagiarism detection tools. Similarity scores are interpreted contextually, with attention to proper citations and references. A general similarity threshold of 10–15% is applied.
Unacceptable practices include:
Ø  Direct copying without citation
Ø  Paraphrasing without acknowledgment
Ø  Self-plagiarism or redundant publication 
Manuscripts exceeding acceptable limits may be:
Ø  Rejected immediately or
Ø  Returned for clarification or revision 
Severe violations may result in a temporary submission ban.


4. Copyright & Open Access Policy
The journal operates under an open access model, making all content freely accessible.
Copyright: Authors retain copyright of their work. By publishing with us, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article.
Open Access Terms:
Ø  Articles are available immediately upon publication
Ø  Authors may share, distribute, and archive their work
Ø  Proper citation is required for all academic or professional use 
Licensing: Articles are published under a Creative Commons license (e.g., CC BY 4.0), allowing free use, distribution, and reproduction with attribution.


5. Retraction & Correction Policy
To maintain the integrity of the scholarly record, the journal may issue:
