Global Tech Management Digest is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all reasonable steps to prevent publication malpractice. The journal adheres to internationally recognized ethical guidelines, including those established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and expects all participants in the publication process—authors, editors, and the publisher—to maintain integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct.

Duties of Authors
Authors are expected to:
Ø  Submit original work that has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere
Ø  Ensure proper citation and acknowledgment of all sources
Ø  Present accurate, objective, and evidence-based findings
Ø  Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, and data falsification
Ø  Ensure that all listed authors have made significant contributions and approved the final manuscript
Ø  Disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest
Ø  Promptly notify the editorial office of significant errors and cooperate in corrections or retractions


Duties of Editors
Editors are responsible for:
Ø  Making decisions based on academic merit, originality, and relevance
Ø  Ensuring a fair, unbiased, and timely evaluation review process
Ø  Maintaining confidentiality of submissions and reviewer identities
Ø  Avoiding conflicts of interest in editorial decisions
Ø  Taking appropriate action regarding ethical concerns, including corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern
